Our teachers welcome children into safe and prepared classroom environments each day.  They function as supportive and wise guardians observing and working with children individually  and collectively. They foster inclusive communities where children are encouraged to take healthy risks and ask questions. Teachers model respectful behavior and use language that helps children learn to  communicate their feelings and thoughts.

Our teachers work in teams composed of experienced head teachers and teacher aids in training, each  representing the languages we teach.

Casa Vida Learning supports the faculty through strategic professional development  and  provides opportunities for growth in professional knowledge, skills, and self-awareness. These  opportunities include regular team and Head of School meetings, mentoring and peer-coaching meetings, peer-to-peer meetings and workshops.
